Islam’s meaning in Arabic is “to surrender, submit, commit, and seek peace.” This means that Islam is a way to achieve total peace by willingly surrendering to the will of God’s power. Some of the remaining individuals will be forgiven by God and allowed entry into paradise. Some will be purified by him after being punished. In the end, all followers will reach paradise as their ultimate destination.
The Quran states clearly that “no one shall bear the sins of another. Each will carry his own burden. But God is merciful, and will forgive as he pleases.”
There is one sin that God would never forgive. This sin is known as shirk, where one worships another object alongside god. Additionally, there is the transgression that God is able to forgive. That is anything except shirk, the ultimate sin that cannot be forgiven. Next, there is a sin that can be forgiven by god. That is the sin that was followed by genuine remorse. Someone who regrets their wrongdoing is similar to someone who has never done wrong. For instance, embracing Islam signifies genuine regret for one’s previous life choices. At that instant, all of one’s past sins are forgiven.
Belief in the divine decree.
Everything is solely determined by the will and consent of Allah. This indicates that God is omnipotent and nothing can occur without his approval, yet he has granted humans the freedom to decide between behaving positively or negatively. Eventually, everyone will be asked about the way they lived during this lifetime.
